Terms of Service

Liforen is a personal organization and life-management software tool. It helps you track tasks, reminders, goals, routines, checklists, documents, home maintenance, plans, and related information, and offers basic conversational guidance through its Assistant feature.

You are responsible for the accuracy and consequences of the information you enter into Liforen, and for your own decisions, deadlines, and outcomes. You are solely responsible for any legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional matters you track or discuss in the app, and for any content you upload.

Liforen, including its Assistant feature, does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or emergency advice. Nothing in the app is a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Do not use Liforen for emergencies — contact appropriate emergency services directly.

Assistant can read a summary of relevant Liforen records — such as your Tasks, Reminders, Planner events, Goals, and other supported module data — to answer questions and suggest what you might want to do next. For a limited set of supported actions, such as creating a task or reminder, rescheduling a planner event, or marking certain items complete, Assistant may prepare a specific proposed change and show it to you for review. A supported proposed change is not applied to your Liforen records unless you explicitly confirm it. Assistant does not independently execute those proposed changes. You remain responsible for reviewing proposals before confirming them and for your own decisions and the accuracy of information you provide to Liforen.

You agree not to upload or store content that is illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights, and not to use Liforen to violate any applicable law.

Liforen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. As an early-stage product, features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable or interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

While we take reasonable steps to store your data reliably, please do not rely on Liforen as your only copy of important documents or information — keep independent backups of anything critical. We are not liable for loss of data.

Because Liforen is under active development, these terms may change as features are added. We'll update the date at the top of this page when they do.
